Before the session

In order to best organize the photo session which will take place during training, it will be necessary to prepare it.

- Validate the project with the board members and the main staff

- to set one or more time slots

- Prepare a table with group/name/age/gender/number/day/coach, indicating the children who should not be photographed.

- Create a WhatsApp group for coaches/volunteers

- notify members
